MR. HASAN SADUN OĞAN 
Born in Ankara, in April 23^rd 1950, Mr. Oğan has begun his education in TED Ankara College, then attended to Izmir Özel Türk Koleji and finally was graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Istanbul.
Mr. Oğan’s activity fields are law and administration. He is an expert in insurance and company law. In Atay Holding Co, into which he was entered in 1977, he currently holds the positions of the member of the board and the chairman of the executive board. Mr. Oğan likes playing tennis, travelling and reading. He worked in the Turkish Tennis Federation for eleven years and performed as an international referee from 1980 to 1982. During these years he taught many tennis referees in the courses and seminars organized by the Turkish Tennis Federation.
Mr. Oğan is a member of Izmir Bar and Bornova Rotary Club. He also performed the duties of membership in Aegean Region Industrial Chamber’s Law Committee. He is also a founding member of TÜGETEV, the Foundation for Strengthening the Turkish Tennis. He holds the certificate of in-corporation controller. Mr. Oğan is married, and has two children.

MR. MEHMET DOĞAN ATAY 
Born in June 8^th, 1968, in Izmir, Mr. Atay has completed his business education in Franklin College, Switzerland, and has begun his career as an assistant financial coordinator in Aydın Linyit Madencilik Co. He is currently holding the position of a member both in the board of directors and executive board of Atay Holding. His personal interests include civil avionics and water sports. He is a member of the board of directors of Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen Association, and also holds memberships in Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen Association, Endeavor Entrepreneurs Support Association, Göztepe Rotary Club, Izmir Kültürpark Tennis Club, Küçük Club, Aegean Open Sea Yacht Club and Narlıdere Sahilevleri Sailing and Specialization Club’s board as well. He is married, and has two children.

MR. TUNCAY ANDİÇ
Born in May 31^st 1951, in Kars, Mr. Andiç finished Namık Kemal High and Aegean University’s Sciences Faculty’s departments of Geology and Earth Sciences. He began his career in the Institute of Mine Detecting and Searching (MTA) and performed duties of engineer, chief engineer and project manager. After retiring from MTA in 2000, he was chosen as a member of the Executive Board in Atay holding as a result of his successful performances. He is an expert on Turkish Mineral Stratum. He collects natural rocks and minerals for his personal interest. He was a committee member of Aegean Region Industrial Chamber, and currently is a member of Turkish Mine Engineers Chamber. He is married, and has two children.

MR. HÜSEYİN BAHAR
Born in March 25^th, 1967, in Aydın, Mr. Bahar completed the Aydın Commercial High and then graduated from the Financial Department of Uludağ University. He began his career in financial department of Şahinler Automobile Company and entered into Atay Holding in 1994. Besides his executive committee membership, he is also the director of the company’s financial works. Mr. Bahar is married, and has two children.

MR. TANJU ŞENİNCİ
Born in August 8^th 1965, in Izmir, Mr. Şeninci completed the Izmir Karats High and then graduated from Dokuz Eylül University’s department of Public Administration in 1987 and Anadolu University’s Business department in 1995. He began his career as a wholesaling distributor of Lignite in Izmir area, and then became the director of Turtay’s Liquid Fuel Stations. He works in Atay Holding since 1996 as the financial director. He was also appointed as a member of executive committee in 2008. Mr. Şeninci is married, and has one child.
