Selection-emplacement
In personnel selection, all resources available are being utilized at maximum by working in co-ordinance with universities, foundations, organizations and all other concerned bodies. College students and trainees are being used under a systematic organization.
Also used are expert opinions in personnel planning and recruiting phases. Selected are those who were deemed to work within the system for a long time and showing signs of getting along with Atay Holding’s values.

Performance Evaluation
A yearly performance evaluation based on competence and target-wise performance is being held for all our white-collar employees. These evaluations are being used in organizational improvements, training and new recruitments, and career managements. Feedbacks of these evaluations are usually given in forms such like salary improvements, bonuses and awards.

Wages Policy
Our wages policy is determined as to support Atay Holding’s position in the competitive market. While qualified employees are being kept, targeted is the desirability of Atay in that manner. Wage rises for white collars is once a year and in January, while for the blue collar staff it is twice a year, in January and in July. Wages are also updated according the market researches.

Training Programs
Trainings are determined through performance outcomes, and by paying attention to the demands of employees and managements. Technical trainings are given by expert organizations, while personal improvement programs are held by professional bodies. Those employees who received teaching training are also giving trainings on workers’ level.
