Despite what is generally thought, ERP applications are not about to set up some software in enterprises. ERP applications are not executed via software but with the culture of concerned company. For all the processes of the company are being reestablished on the software in parallel with designed goals. The social side of the change is definitive in success or failure. It is imperative that the system is adopted by all employees for the success.
Upon the acceptance of these principles, within the scope of the project initiated in early 2004, and in accordance with the agreement signed with IAS Company, it was decided to use the program of IAS-CANIAS, and application was initiated within less than a year via formation of a project group of staff possessing the good knowledge on our company’s employees, field of activities, work flows and inner dynamics.

-
Everyone obligatorily complied with workflow, rules and authority boundaries due the transfer of all our working structures onto the software,

-
Our employees can now access wider knowledge on the processes,
-

While ERP provides the change and transformation which are the guarantee of our future, it is also the final piece of the chain in our efforts of institutionalization.
